The Mission Peak Brass Band Goes to the Movies
Friday, May 9, 2014 • 8 pm • Smith Center, Ohlone College, Fremont
We go to the movies for our season finale with lighter favorites including Pirates of the Caribbean, the soundtrack from Brave, and John Williams’ Midway March. Also on the program will be Variations on Laudate Dominum, Philip Sparke’s Malvern Suite, and Tijuana Taxi. The concert’s featured soloist is Ken Walters playing the classic cornet solo, Clear Skies by Eric Ball.
