SAVE THE DATE for the 2013 Trumpet Festival of the Southeast!!!  This event will be help January 18-20, 2013 at Berry College in Rome, Georgia (USA!).   Dr. Adam Hayes will be the host and has lined up Ingrid Jensen and Chris Gekker as the two main artists.  There will be many exhibitors, clinics, and concerts.  Everyone in attendance will have the opportunity to perform in a large trumpet ensemble in a non-competitive manner.    The two large ensembles will consist of High School students and Collegiate/Professional/Amateur Level players.  In addition, they will be looking for college trumpet ensembles to perform on the Festival Concert.  This year's event  was held at the University of Georgia and had 10 university trumpet ensembles!   Adam is also trying to get the Georgia Brass Band and an orchestral trumpet section to perform at the event.  The cost for the entire weekend is only $40 (price includes a TFSE t-shirt).
