Trent Austin will be giving master classes and featured in a performance at Metropolitan State College, Denver, CO (USA).  The trumpet master class runs 2:00-3:00 PM in the Recital Hall.  A jazz master class follows from 3:00-4:00 PM in the Music and Dance Studio.  The concert will be held in the King Center Recital Hall, and begins at 7:30 PM.  Parking is free for all events, and can be found in the 7th Street Garage (attached to King Center)  The Metropolitan State College Department of Music website is located at http://www.mscd.edu/music. The master classes are free, as is the concert to the Metro State community with valid ID.  General admission tickets are $10 adults, $8 seniors, and $5 for non-Metro State students. As part of the Visiting Artist Series, the Metro State Music Department invites you to a day with trumpet virtuoso and extraordinaire Trent Austin. The masterclass will feature a performance by trumpet students, followed by a critique from Austin. A performance by Austin will follow later that evening.
