Alys Stephens Center

The International Trumpet Guild and the Columbus Foundation have announced the 2004 Ellsworth Smith International Trumpet Solo Competition, to take place in Birmingham, Alabama, November 3-6, 2004.

The competition is for performers born on or after January 1, 1974 and offers a first prize of US$10,000 and a second prize of $5,000. The Competition events will be held in the Jemison Concert Hall of the Alys Robinson Stephens Performing Arts Center, University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Deadline July 1, 2004
