The Ohlone Wind Orchestra in concert, with a concert titled "Fiesta, Fantasy, and Fugue".  The concert will be held on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at 7:00 PM, and includes the wonderful La Fiesta Mexicana by H. Owen Reed, Clare Grundman’s Fantasy on American Sailing Songs, and Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D minor, scored for wind band by Donald Hunsberger.  We’ll liven things up with Frank Ticheli’s Vesuvius and Shostakovich’s Galop, and come back to earth with Shenandoah’s Simple Gifts by Larry Clark.
