Call for Proposals - ITG 2018

The Conference Artist Committee invites ideas for presentations at the 2018 ITG Conference, to take place in San Antonio, Texas from May 29 to June 2, 2018.

Proposals for specific lecture-recitals, non-performance presentations, warm-ups, jam sessions and master classes for both the main conference and youth day may be submitted. (Do not use the form to apply for the New Works Recitals)

Proposals should be submitted with all supporting materials requested to be taken into consideration. Incomplete proposals or proposals submitted via email will not be taken into consideration. Please note that all selected presenters will be responsible for all financial expenses related to their presentation including travel, lodging, and conference registration for all musicians involved in their proposal.

Proposals will be accepted from March 18 through April 30, 2017 (midnight).

Notifications of participation will be made by May 15, 2017
