Hunter, Bilger, and Prisk appointed to Peabody

The Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University is pleased to announce that Mr. Billy Ray Hunter, principal trumpet of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra and Mr. Anthony Prisk, second trumpet of the Philadelphia Orchestra have been appointed to the Peabody faculty and are team-teaching all trumpet students as of Fall 2019. 

In addition, Mr. David Bilger, principal trumpet of the Philadelphia Orchestra, is a visiting guest artist for the 2019-2020 academic year at Peabody. Though Mr. Bilger is not studio teaching, he is presenting master classes and coachings several times each semester.
