April 5. 2025 - The ITG-UofL affiliate chapter is hosting our annual UofL Trumpet Day. The event will take place at the UofL School of Music, in both the large rehearsal hall and Comstock Recital Hall, on the campus of the University of Louisville, Louisville, KY (USA). This year the guest artist is SFC Lorenzo Trujillo, who is a member of the U.S. Concert Band in Washington, D.C. Lorenzo is an outstanding trumpet artist, either as a soloist, lead commercial player, or chamber musician (https://usarmyband.com/bios/lorenzo-f-trujillo). He is also a fantastic clinician who understands the challenges of trumpet playing and performing. Lorenzo will be performing a recital and giving several masterclasses at this event.
