Adolf Scherbaum Legendary German trumpeter Adolf Scherbaum celebrated his 90th birthday on August 23, 1999. An exhibition honoring his career will be held in Sulzbach-Rosenberg (Germany), the town where he last taught, from November 21 until December 19.
