1999 Pastiche Composition Competition	Oct 27 99

Pastiche, the chamber music quartet in residence at McNeese State University, has announced the 1999 Pastiche Composer's Competition. The competition is for a single or multiple movement work for mixed quartet, of no less than 8 minutes total performance time. The quartet must consist of clarinet, trumpet , piano, & percussion. Restrictions on the instrumentation: trumpet in C, Bb, or piccolo, clarinet in A, Bb, or Eb, piano only (no organ or electronics), and multiple percussion for one player only. All entries must be postmarked by 1.7.00 and become property of Pastiche.
