US Army Band website - please click image to visit

For some time now it has been possible to hear webcasts of the US Army Band ("Pershing's Own") at the band's website, usarmyband.com. Trumpet music is of course featured along with a wide variety of other interesting material, and some exploration of the website will yield dividends. To choose two random examples, the concert "Trumpet Fantasia" recorded on March 13, 2007 is well worth a listen, as is "Music for Trumpet and Organ" from November 21, 2006: many more may be found in the archive or scheduled for broadcast.

Readers are recommended to visit the band's website and in particular to investigate the links "Broadcast Schedule" and "Listen to the Band": from these a wealth of live and archived material will be found.
