Trumpeters Dr Karen Gustafson (Trumpet Professor at the University of Alaska Fairbanks) and Hannah Bjornstad (senior student at the University of Alaska Fairbanks) stand in front of Mount McKinley (the highest peak in North America) while at a rest stop at Denali National Park while touring with the Arctic Chamber Orchestra on September 24, 2006. The orchestra performed school concerts and evening performances in Healey, Girdwood, and Kenai, all in Alaska, from September 21-24, 2006 as educational outreach programs, their concert repertoire including Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf
and Beethoven's Symphony No. 3, “Eroica”. Mount McKinley is only viewable for about sixty days a year.
