Quaker Oats is looking for young trumpet players and parents for a television advertisement in the USA. The ITG has received the notice quoted below:

"Quaker Oats seeks Trumpeters (8-12) and their parents to appear in national commercial.

We will be seeing people in the following cities:

If you are mom or dad with kids age 6 – 12, and you all love Quaker Snack Products, we would love to hear from you.

People will be seen by appointment only. There is no charge at all, at any time, for this.

Jane Brody who teaches at Louisiana State University in the theatre department has been in cities all over the country for the last two years finding the fun and unexpected people you’ve seen in Quaker TV commercials. She was a guest on Oprah Winfrey’s show talking about casting Real People in commercials.
