Festival musicians

The Gucha Trumpet Festival writes: "Dear Ethno Trumpet Lovers, fans of the biggest trumpet festival in Serbia: the 44th traditional trumpet orchestra competition will be held 5th - 8th August 2004. This year you will exclusively hear about the pre-competition winners of the Surdulica trumpet competition so you will know whom to expect in the Gucha final competition, also under the tents and in the streets of Gucha. Starting from last year the Thursday is now a festival day, so it is not three days like it used to be, but four days. This has changed our booking and accommodation policy so it is now as follows:

• Four days' accommodation and transport¹ there and back: €150
• Accommodation only (without transport): €140
• Transport only: €20

"We do mention that we are not able to sell separate days, only the package deals above! Parking for incoming guests with their own cars is free of charge. Some advanced payment (booking) is still necessary and for guests interested we will send details. For those of you still not familiar with our hospitality, it is accommodation in private houses in the centre of Gucha. Those of you with experience with us, you have already witnessed the amazing hospitability of your and our Gucha hosts!"
