| Ronald Romm, formerly with and founding member of the world famous Canadian Brass, has been named The B.A. Nugent Professor of Music Performance at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign for the 2001-2002 scholastic year. In addition to his appointment at UIUC, Mr. Romm will be touring his solo recital/educational event entitled "A Trumpeter's Dream" extensively across the United States. This series of events will feature Mr. Romm as a soloist both with symphonic wind ensembles and as a duo performer with Concert Pianist Avis Fedge Romm. Appearances are booked in over 30 cities.
