| Brass Concert to Honor Adolph "Bud" Herseth | January 11, 2001 |

A brass concert in honor of Adolph "Bud" Herseth (principal trumpet, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Chicago, USA) is scheduled for March 25 at Symphony Center in Chicago. The concert is being organized and conducted by Jay Friedman, principal trombone of the Chicago Symphony. It will feature the Chicago Symphony Brass performing music of Gabrieli and Friedman's arrangement of Eine Alpensinfonie by Richard Strauss. Tickets will be available beginning January 26 by calling 1.888.294.3550 or at the Symphony Center box office.
