In February of 2008, Marco Pierobon resigned from his position with the Accademia Nazionale di S.Ceciia Orchestra, Rome, under the direction of Anthony Pappano to join the music faculty at the Bolzano Conservatory in Italy.  Pierobon will be teaching trumpet and performing more extensively with the Gomalan Brass Quintet while at his new position.
