On May 23, 2008, Professor Martin Hodel and the St. Olaf College Orchestra conducted by Steven Amundson premiered the second and third movements of Phil Norris' concerto arrangement of Eric Ewazen's Sonata for Trumpet and Piano.  Mr. Norris' arrangement is available through Southern Music Co.
