August 21, 2016: Viva Mariachi! Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán, Mariachi Champaña Nevin, the San Diego Symphony perform at the Embarcadero Summer Pops Site. We are performing the Concerto for Mariachi and Orchestra "Pasión Mexicana" on the first half, Vargas plays the second half, with a fireworks finale! This is the biggest mariachi concert San Diego has seen in years -- truly -- you don't want to miss it!   The show begins at 7:30 pm at the Embarcadero Marina Park South, San Diego, CA
