Position: Doctor of Musical Arts in Contemporary Music Assistantships

This program develops versatile performers and composers through a concentrated focus on contemporary music. 




Assignments normally carry a 20-hours-per-week workload and, depending on the student's area of study and interests, may include studio teaching, classroom teaching, ensemble coaching or conducting.




Up to $26,084 per year for four years of study.  $12,800 yearly stipend plus full scholarship for tuition and non-resident fees.




January 5, 2018 application deadline for fall 2018 admission.  Following the review of all application materials, qualified applicants will be invited to campus February 26-29, 2018.
