To have an event listed, please send information via e-mail to calendar@trumpetguild.org. When submitting information, please be sure to include enough detail so that an out of town visitor can easily find and attend the event you are submitting. Sending a reference to a posted web site requires additional time to examine, translate and extract information for inclusion in this calendar, and will substantially delay the posting of your information. It is best to forward all necessary information so that posting can occur quickly and accurately. Updates are completed as the quantity of submissions dictates, so please send your information with ample time for posting. The International Trumpet Guild provides the information contained in this calendar as a service, and strives to make all information contained on this site as correct and current as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the information posted to be the most current. Please contact the indicated organizations directly to verify event information, admission or entry fee, or other pertinent details.

Please note: submitting information to the Calendar Editor does not guarantee that the information will be included in the Journal Calendar column, as editorial decisions and space constraints may result in the omission of some details, or the inability to list the date in the ITG Journal. It does guarantee every effort will be made to list the event here, provided ample time is provided to include the listing. Should you wish to guarantee the listing is included in the ITG Journal, placing an advertisement for your event is the recommended course of action.
