Web Site Production Team
Special thanks go out to the ITG Web Site production team. Conference host Bryan Appleby-Wineberg did an outstanding job of providing an excellent work environment for everyone involved in this effort. Michael Anderson, ITG Web Site Director, was the project coordinator and administrates the ITG Web Site. Gary Mortenson, ITG Publications Editor, was responsible for on-site editing. Vera Hørven coordinated all digital photography at the 2006 conference.

2006 Conference Reporting Team
Reporters
Kari Brooks is a senior performance major at Kansas State University where she studies with Gary Mortenson. Kari performed with the KSU Brass Quintet at the 2004 ITG Conference in Denver. Kari has been designated as the 2006 Presser Scholar at KSU. She currently serves ITG as Intern Assistant Editor.
Kelly Deklinski is a recent graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she studied trumpet with Kevin Eisensmith. During her four years at IUP she served as principal trumpet of each of the three concert bands on campus, as well as the university brass ensemble. This fall she will begin work on her master's degree in trumpet performance at Florida State University.
Kevin Eisensmith is professor of music at Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he teaches trumpet, jazz ensemble, and directs the trumpet ensemble. He is currently serving as ITG's Secretary. An active clinician and performer, Kevin also serves as principal trumpet with the Johnstown Symphony.
Thomas Erdmann is director of the symphony orchestra at Elon University. Erdmann has had four books and over 70 articles published in journals as diverse as Currents in Musical Thought, Journal of the Conductors' Guild, Women Of Note Quarterly, Saxophone Journal, Jazz Player, and the ITG Journal.
John Irish is assistant professor of music at Angelo State University, San Angelo, Texas where his duties include teaching the high brass studio. He currently holds the position of principal trumpet of the San Angelo Symphony Orchestra and is co-founder of Jazz Concho, a jazz sextet made up of local professionals.
Elisa Koehler is an assistant Professor of Music at Goucher College as well as the Music Director and Conductor of the Frederick Symphony Orchestra. She served as ITG Recording Reviews Editor between 2002-2005 and has contributed several research articles to the ITG Journal concerning historic brass.
Gary Mortenson is professor of music at Kansas State University where he teaches trumpet, brass ensemble, and serves as chair of graduate studies in music. He is currently in his sixth year as Publications Editor for ITG.
Charles Tumlinson is the director of jazz studies and jazz trumpet instructor at California State University-Fullerton. He has performed with the Count Basie Orchestra, the North Texas One O'Clock Lab Band, Dizzy Gillespie, Rosemary Clooney, and Al Jarreau.
Neville Young studied with Michael Laird, John Gracie, and Alan Stringer. He was a member of the orchestra of Opera 80 (now English Touring Opera) and a freelance player. He works as a computer person in a medical college but still does as much playing as he can fit in. He is the News Editor for the ITG Journal and ITG Web Site and a member of the ITG Board of Directors.
