Jon Burgess is assistant professor of trumpet at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He has earned degrees from Arizona State University (DMA), University of Kansas (MM), and University of Illinois (BM).

Michael Caldwell is the Director of Publications for ITG and Editor of the ITG Journal. He is co-director of music ministries at Steel Lake Presbyterian Church in Federal Way, Washington, and is a freelance performer in the Seattle, Washington, area. He has earned degrees from the University of Illinois (DMA, MA), and California State University at Fresno (BA).

Frank Campos is professor of trumpet at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. He has earned degrees from the University of North Texas (DMA, MM) and California State University at Fresno (BA).

John Irish is assistant professor of trumpet at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. Irish recently retired from a distinguished career in the U.S. Air Force band system, in which he performed throughout the world.

John Korak is assistant professor of trumpet at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in Edwardsville, Illinois. Korak earned a DMA from the University of North Texas, where he studied with Leonard Candelaria, and is Book Reviews Editor for the ITG Journal.

Arthur A. Molitierno is associate professor of English and Public Relations Director at Wright State University's Lake Campus. He is the editor in chief of AURCO Journal, an academic annual publication of the Association for University Regional Campuses of Ohio.

Cliff Newton is principal trumpet of the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra. He has earned degrees from the University of South Florida and University of Northern Colorado. His principal teachers have included Don Owen, Bill Pfund, Larry Black, and Jim Thompson.

Kim Stephans is currently a MM student at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and is a freelance trumpeter and private instructor in the central Indiana area. Stephans serves as one of the principal proofreaders for the ITG Journal.

Wayne Tanabe is the owner of The Brass Bow Music Company (est. 1983) in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The Brass Bow is noted throughout the country for its knowledgeable and experienced artisans and is proud to be the only repair facility to provide Cryogenic Resonance Restoration.

Joshua Wolf is a trumpet performance major at the Ohio University School of Music, where he is studying with John Schlabach. He has studied with Alan Seibert and Marshall Scott.
